After completing the Ground floor column , we shifted to the ground floor Slab in August 2022. Columns are to support floors and roof beams. So the ground floor supports the floor above it.

We started rafting in October 2021. A raft foundation is a slab resting on the soil and extending over the entire footprint of a building. It is primarily used where the soil is weak.

Retaining Wall Steel Binding
Followed by excavation, we started the steel binding for retaining . Retaining walls are built after excavation or land
filling to provide support and prevent the soil from eroding or
collapsing.

Excavation
The excavation for Zen Apartments at the Barian Valley in Nathiagali. Excavation is performed to uncover the depth of the soil. Clearing a construction site of unwanted bushes, weeds, and other plants is performed to prepare a building site for building contractors to erect a structure.
