Plumbing installation work has been successfully completed on the 5th floor of the building. This includes the installation of water supply pipelines, drainage systems, sewage lines, and all pressure testing procedures. The plumbing team has installed main distribution pipes, branch lines, and connection points for fixtures throughout the 5th floor.
The construction updates for this month are as follows: The pouring of the 5th floor has been completed, and the block masonry work has advanced up to 4th floor. Additionally, our electrical and plumbing services have been installed up to 3rd floor, while the plaster work has commenced on the 1st floor.
Work has begun on preparing the columns that will support the fifth floor. This signifies continued vertical progress on Zen Retreats.
The concrete for the third floor has been poured and is now curing. This marks a significant milestone in the building’s progress.

After completing the first floor columns and first floor, we started working on the second floor column in December 2022.
With such a long and hefty work area, it takes us more than a month to complete the process. We started pouring the content in columns in September 2022.

A concrete basement without footings is known as a slab basement and is not similar to a foundation. We started this step in June 2022.

Rafting is a long process, especially for a project like Zen Retreats. We started this phase in November 2021. This phase includes heavy machinery like truck mixers and concrete pumps.
We started rafting in October 2021. A raft foundation is a slab resting on the soil and extending over the entire footprint of a building. It is primarily used where the soil is weak.
In September, we started the lean foundation for Zen Retreats with the help of RMAAC Developers.
Followed by excavation, we started the steel binding for retaining . Retaining walls are built after excavation or land filling to provide support and prevent the soil from eroding or collapsing.
The excavation for Zen Retreats at the Barian Valley in Nathiagali. Excavation is performed to uncover the depth of the soil. Clearing a construction site of unwanted bushes, weeds, and other plants is performed to prepare a building site for building contractors to erect a structure.
